In My Treatment Room:
Insurance is not accepted
In most cases, you will be visiting me at my home in East Plano where I work.
Sessions are generally an hour long during which you may remain fully clothed.
During treatment I will have relaxing music playing. I will regularly ask for your feedback to ensure that I am targeting your needs.
In the hours after treatment, I recommend that you drink three to four glasses of water. This will allow your body's systems to circulate and pick up anything that was moved or released by the therapy. You may feel additional positive effects for the next five days after treatment.
